The Prix Visionica organizers fully respect and comply with Poland's current Privacy Act (August 29th 1997, Polish Law Gazette 133: 883).

By using prixvisionica.pl you agree to the site's Privacy Policy, which may change as the site is updated.  All amended versions of the Privacy Policy will be posted on the site and dated accordingly.

The festival organizers exercize all due care to ensure that all information obtained through your use of the site is gathered and stored in a secure manner, and to ensure good relations among the individuals and institutions involved in the festival, including the co-organizers, employees, partners, guests, sponsors and participants.

The Prix Visionica organizers collect only information that you submit to the prixvisionica.pl site voluntarily.  This data is stored and processed solely for noncommercial purposes related to identification, information and communication.

All personal information submitted to the site is held securely, stored under password protection and safeguarded against malware.

Only authorized Prix Visionica employees have access to the information you submit to the site, and no personal information is passed on to any other individuals or insitutions.
